June 19th Half Day Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a form of therapy that combines different sounds, music, and sound healing instruments by creating a space between the conscious and subconscious mind.Sound Healing can trigger our relaxation response, which is beneficial for health, healing and overall balance in our bodies and mind.

Sound Therapy is delivered using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls gongs, drums, tuning forks, harps, rain sticks and more. ,This can occur during individual sound healing sessions, couples or group sound baths.

Sound Healing is used to alleviate symptoms caused by many mental health conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, cancer, behavioural and psychiatric disorders, and much more.

It can help lower stress, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and the risk of heart conditions such as artery disease and stroke, whilst improving sleep quality and overall well being.
